Preheat oven to 475.
Spray large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
In small bowl, combine butter and spices.
6 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Thyme, 1/2 tsp Rosemary, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper
Cut potatoes into 3/4 to 1 in. slices, toss in butter mixture and arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
3 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
Roast for 15 mins, flip potatoes, and roast for an additional 15 mins.
Remove from oven, flip once more, and add broth and garlic to the pan.
1 cup Chicken Broth, 2-3 cloves Garlic
Roast for an additional 10-15 mins, or until tender.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
