  • 2 9 in Glass Pie Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 Pre-made Pie crusts
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 1/3 cups Buttermilk
  • 2/3 cup Melted Butter (1 1/3 stick)
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Flavoring

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix well and pour into uncooked pie crusts.
    2 Pre-made Pie crusts, 4 Eggs, 1 1/3 cups Buttermilk, 2/3 cup Melted Butter, 2 tbsp Cornstarch, 2 cup Sugar, 1 tsp Lemon Flavoring
  • Bake at 350 for 45min-1hr.
