Ingredients

  • 6 Bell Peppers large
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Remove stems and seeds from halved peppers. Rinse and drain.
    6 Bell Peppers
  • Mix ground beef with dry ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
    1 lb Ground Beef, 1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs, 1 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 cup Tomato Juice
  • Stuff mixture into peppers and place in baking dish.
    6 Bell Peppers
  • Pour remaining 1 cup of tomato juice over stuffed peppers.
    1 cup Tomato Juice
  • Bake covered with foil for 45 mins.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 15 mins.
