  • Parchment Paper
  • .5 pound Bacon

Instructions

  • If the bacon is frozen, ideally thaw in the fridge overnight. It can be defrosted in the microwave in a pinch.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cover the sheet pan with parchment paper folded to contain the grease.

  • Organize half a pound of bacon in a single layer on the parchment paper.
    .5 pound Bacon
  • Cook at 400 degrees for at least 20 mins to the desired level of crispness.
  • After cooking, place the bacon on a paper towel to cool and drain.
