Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 6 Bell Peppers large
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 cup Tomato Juice
- 1/2 cup Tomato Juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Remove stems and seeds from halved peppers. Rinse and drain.6 Bell Peppers
- Mix ground beef with dry ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato juice.1 lb Ground Beef, 1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs, 1 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 cup Tomato Juice
- Stuff mixture into peppers and place in baking dish.6 Bell Peppers
- Pour remaining 1 cup of tomato juice over stuffed peppers.1 cup Tomato Juice
- Bake covered with foil for 45 mins.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 mins.
