Peanut Butter Fudge
Equipment
- Microwave safe bowl
- Plastic wrap
- Silicon Spatula
- Pan for fudge to set
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 2 stick Butter unsalted
- 1 cup Peanut Butter smooth
- 3 3/4 cup Sugar powdered
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Place butter and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap with poked steam holes.2 stick Butter, 1 cup Peanut Butter
- Microwave for 4 mins on high, stir halfway.
- Line 8x8 or 9x19 pan with parchment paper.
- Quickly mix powdered sugar into heated mixture adding vanilla halfway through.3 3/4 cup Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- When fully mixed, dump in pan and smooth to edges. Cover with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, remove and cut into squares as desired.
