Peanut Butter Fudge

Equipment

  • Microwave safe bowl
  • Plastic wrap
  • Silicon Spatula
  • Pan for fudge to set
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 2 stick Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter smooth
  • 3 3/4 cup Sugar powdered
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Place butter and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap with poked steam holes.
    2 stick Butter, 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • Microwave for 4 mins on high, stir halfway.
  • Line 8x8 or 9x19 pan with parchment paper.
  • Quickly mix powdered sugar into heated mixture adding vanilla halfway through.
    3 3/4 cup Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • When fully mixed, dump in pan and smooth to edges. Cover with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once set, remove and cut into squares as desired.
