Ingredients

  • 16 oz Elbow Macaroni uncoooked
  • 4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2-1 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Add everything except for cheese and milk to the Instant Pot.
    16 oz Elbow Macaroni, 4 cup Chicken Broth, 2 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Hot Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Set the lid to sealing. Cook on manual, high pressure for 5 mins. Then, do a quick release.
  • Add milk. Then add cheese in 3-4 handfuls, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Season to taste.
