Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 16 oz Elbow Macaroni uncoooked
- 4 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
- 1/2-1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Add everything except for cheese and milk to the Instant Pot.16 oz Elbow Macaroni, 4 cup Chicken Broth, 2 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Hot Sauce, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 1/2 tsp Salt
- Set the lid to sealing. Cook on manual, high pressure for 5 mins. Then, do a quick release.
- Add milk. Then add cheese in 3-4 handfuls, stirring between each until smooth.
- Season to taste.
