Equipment

  • 1 9x13 Pan or Dish
  • 1 Large Skillet

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
  • 29 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 3/4 cups Water

Lasagna

  • 8 Lasagna Noodles
  • 12 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions

  • Brown Hamburger and mostly drain.
    1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
  • Mix in ingredients and cook for around 15 mins.
    1 1/2 lbs Hamburger, 29 oz Tomato Sauce, 1/2 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt, 1 3/4 cups Water
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Put a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the 9x13 dish.
  • Add 4 noodles in a single layer over the sauce.
    8 Lasagna Noodles
  • Add 1/2 of the mozzarella, cottage cheese, and sauce over the noodles.
    12 oz Cottage Cheese, 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • Repeat with a layer of noodles, cheese and sauce.
    8 Lasagna Noodles, 12 oz Cottage Cheese, 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.
    Parmesan Cheese
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
  • When finished, let stand covered for half an hour.
