Grilled Steak
Instructions
- 20 mins before grilling, let steak sit, covered, at room temp.
- Heat grill to high.
- Brush steaks with olive oil and season liberally with sat and pepper.
- Grill steaks until golden and slightly charred, 4-5 mins.
- Flip steaks and continue for 5-7 mins for medium (140 degrees).
- Transfer steaks and tent loosely with foil for 5 mins before serving.

- Medium Rare (130°-140°F)
- Medium (140°-150°F)
- Medium Well (150°-160°F)
- Well (Over 160°F)
